Here are 3 quick physical things you can do to increase your focus while studying or working on a project:

1. Fix Your Posture

2. Do Whole Brain Exercises

3. Take A Hot-Cold Shower

(Of course nothing replaces a healthy 8 hours of sleep the night before)

The Importance Of Keeping A Whole Brain State To Focus

Your brain has 2 basic halves. A left brain and a right brain. Lab studies show the left brain helps the emotional and creative parts of you. While the right brain helps your logic and reasoning. If you're “whole brain” in a subject, you can use both your left and right brain.

Let’s say you’re piloting an airplane. Wouldn’t you rather have both engines working? When you're studying, your left and right brain are your engines.

Study Tip: Remember your mind and body are connected.
